中文摘要:为探讨蛇床子素有效成分的含量差异及制剂形态对小麦白粉病虫害的影响,采用室内喷雾法测定不同浓度2%蛇床子素可溶液剂对异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis幼虫和成虫的安全性及对麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae 4龄若蚜捕食量的影响,于田间测定1%蛇床子素水乳剂、2%蛇床子素可溶液剂250、500和1 000三种倍液对小麦白粉病和麦长管蚜的防效及对小麦上捕食性天敌数量和小麦产量的影响。结果显示: 2%蛇床子素对异色瓢虫2龄、4龄幼虫和成虫均安全;当麦长管蚜密度为200头/皿时,2%蛇床子素可显著降低异色瓢虫成虫的捕食量。在2%蛇床子素可溶液剂3种倍液中,250倍液的防效最好,对小麦白粉病的防效最高可达75.34%,对麦长管蚜的防效最高可达89.62%; 2%蛇床子素可溶液剂3种倍液处理区的捕食性天敌数量均显著高于化学药剂对照区;与清水对照相比,2%蛇床子素可溶液剂3种倍液均能显著增加小麦产量,理论增产率为11.72%~12.45%。综合来看,2%蛇床子素可溶液剂对捕食性天敌安全; 2%蛇床子素可溶液剂250倍液对小麦白粉病与麦长管蚜的防效最好,且能增加小麦产量,可用于小麦主要病虫害的防治。 |

Abstract:To investigate the differences in active component content of osthole and the effects of its formulation on wheat powdery mildew, the safety of different concentrations of 2% osthole soluble concentrate to multicolored Asian lady beetle Harmonia axyridis larvae and adults and its effect on the predation capacity of 4th instar nymphs of English grain aphid Sitobion avenae were determined using an indoor spray method. Field trials evaluated the effects of 1% osthole EW and 2% osthole soluble concentrate at 250, 500and 1 000-fold dilution on wheat powdery mildew, S. avenae, populations of predatory natural enemies and wheat yield. The results showed that 2% osthole was safe to the 2nd instar larvae, 4th instar larvae and adults of H. axyridis; when the density of S. avenae reached 200 individuals per dish, 2% osthole could significantly reduce the predation of H. axyridis adults. Among the three dilution levels of 2% osthole soluble concentrate, the 250-fold dilution showed the best performance, and the control effect on wheat powdery mildew was up to 75.34%, and the control effect on wheat aphid was up to 89.62%, the number of predatory natural enemies in all three 2% osthole soluble treatment areas was significantly higher than in the chemical control group. Compared with the water control, all three dilutions of the 2% osthole soluble concentrate significantly increased wheat yield, with theoretical yield increases ranging from 11.72% to 12.45%. On the whole, 2% osthole solution was safe to predatory natural enemies.
