中文摘要:为筛选防治绿豆象Callosobruchus chinensis的植物源高效驱避剂,利用Y型嗅觉仪测试绿豆象对9种非寄主植物挥发物的选择行为反应,通过网笼产卵试验研究挥发物对绿豆象的产卵忌避效果,并评价不同载体对挥发物驱避作用的影响。结果显示: 9种非寄主植物挥发物中有5种对绿豆象雌雄成虫有显著驱避作用,分别是100 μg/μL丁香酚、500 μg/μL 4-烯丙基苯甲醚、500 μg/μL4-萜烯醇、50 μg/μL茴香烯和500 μg/μL柠檬醛,而50 μg/μL D-柠檬烯和100 μg/μL芳樟醇仅对绿豆象雌成虫有驱避作用,γ-萜品烯和月桂烯对绿豆象雌雄成虫均无驱避作用。4-萜烯醇和4-烯丙基苯甲醚对绿豆象的产卵忌避效果较好,选择性忌避率分别为81.82%和75.26%,非选择性忌避率分别为60.72%和39.94%。橡胶塞作为缓释载体时,4-萜烯醇与4-烯丙基苯甲醚对绿豆象的产卵忌避率为66.31%和58.23%,显著高于其他载体,其中4-烯丙基苯甲醚的产卵忌避持效期可达10 d。表明4-萜烯醇与4-烯丙基苯甲醚均可作为开发绿豆象植物源驱避剂的候选物质。 |

Abstract:To screen out highly effective plant-derived repellents for the control of Chinese bean weevil Callosobruchus chinensis, the selective behavioral responses of C. chinensis to nine non-host plant volatiles were tested with Y-type olfactory apparatus. The oviposition repellent effect of volatiles on C. chinensis was studied using egg-laying experiment in net cages and the effects of different carriers on the repellency of the volatiles were evaluated. The results showed that among the nine volatile compounds from non-host plants, five showed significant repellent effects on both male and female adults, namely 100 μg/μL eugenol, 500 μg/μL 4-allylanisole, 500 μg/μL 4-terpineol, 50 μg/μL trans-anethole and 500 μg/μL citral. 50 μg/μL D-limonene and 100 μg/μL linalool only exhibited repellent effects on female C. chinensis, while, γ-terpinene and myrcene had no deterrent effect on either male or female adults. 4-terpineol and 4-allylanisole exhibited strong oviposition deterrent effects on the beetles, with selective deterrence rates of 81.82% and 75.26% respectively, and non-selective deterrence rates of 60.72% and 39.94% respectively. When the rubber plug was used as a carrier, 4-terpineol and 4-allylanisole had oviposition deterrence rates of 66.31% and 58.23% against the beetles, which were significantly higher than those of other carriers. The oviposition deterrent effect of 4-allylanisole lasted up to ten days. This indicated that 4-terpineol and 4-allylanisole could be considered as candidate substances for developing plant-based repellents against the C. chinensis. |
