中文摘要:为挖掘用于生物防治桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii的病原菌,从感病死亡的桃小食心虫幼虫体内分离出1株菌株CS-1,采用形态特征观察、生理生化特性测定及分子生物学技术对其进行鉴定,采用浸虫法测定菌株CS-1发酵液和菌悬液对桃小食心虫的生物活性,运用特定时间生命表方法评估菌株CS-1发酵液对桃小食心虫生长发育、繁殖及种群的影响。结果显示:经鉴定菌株CS-1为黏质沙雷氏菌Serratia marcescens;浓度3.12×107~1.00×109 CFU/mL菌株CS-1发酵液处理7 d后,桃小食心虫幼虫的校正死亡率在29.27%~80.49%之间;浓度2.5×107~8.0×108 CFU/mL菌株CS-1菌悬液处理7 d后,桃小食心虫幼虫的校正死亡率为28.05%~75.61%;不同浓度菌株CS-1发酵液处理均对桃小食心虫卵和幼虫的发育历期、成虫寿命、各虫态存活率、产卵期、产卵量及桃小食心虫实验种群的内禀增长率、净生殖率、周限增长率和种群加倍时间等参数有影响,而对蛹的发育历期、产卵前期和平均世代周期无显著影响。表明菌株CS-1对桃小食心虫有较强的致病力,在桃小食心虫生物防治方面有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:To explore the pathogenic bacterium Serratia marcescens for biological control of peach fruit moth Carposina sasakii, one strain, CS-1, was isolated from the larvae of diseased and dead C. sasakii. The strain was identified through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteris-tization, and molecular biology. The biological activity of strain CS-1 fermentation broth and bacterial suspension against C. sasakii was determined using the immersion method. The effects of strain CS-1 fermentation broth on the growth, development, reproduction and population of C. sasakii were evaluated using the age-stage life table method. The results showed that strain CS-1 was identified as Serratia marcescens. After seven days of treatment with fermentation broth at concentrations of 3.12×107- 1.00×109 CFU/mL, the corrected mortality rate of C. sasakii larvae was 29.27%-80.49%. After seven days of treatment with bacterial suspension at concentrations of 2.5×107-8.0×108 CFU/mL, the corrected mortality rate was 28.05%-75.61%. Treatment with different concentrations of strain CS-1 fermentation broth significantly affected the developmental duration of eggs and larvae, adult lifespan, survival rates at different stages, oviposition period, egg production, and the intrinsic rate of increase, net reproductive rate, finite rate time of increase, and population doubling time of the experimental population of C. sasakii, but had no significant effects on the pupal developmental duration, pre-oviposition duration, or mean generation time. These results indicate that strain CS-1 has strong pathogenicity against C. sasakii and holds promising potential for use in its.
