球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌与四种药剂混配使用对棉蚜的毒力

中文摘要:为评价不同生防真菌对棉蚜Aphis gossypii的杀虫效果及其与杀虫剂混配的应用潜力,采用室内浸渍法测定球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana和金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae孢子悬浮液对新疆棉蚜种群的毒力,并评价这2种微生物菌剂与氟啶虫胺腈、双丙环虫酯、吡虫啉和苦参碱4种杀虫剂混配后对棉蚜的增效作用。结果表明:经球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌处理后第7天对棉蚜的LC90分别为4.6×108 CFU/mL和1.5×108 CFU/mL。浓度为1×108 CFU/mL的球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌分别与浓度为LC50的4种不同杀虫剂混配使用对其孢子萌发率均无显著影响,且提高了对棉蚜的毒力,其中球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌与氟啶虫胺腈混配使用效果最佳,药后72 h棉蚜的校正死亡率分别达到96.44%和93.05%;与双丙环虫酯混配使用后72 h棉蚜的校正死亡率分别为84.48%和81.71%;与苦参碱混配使用后72 h棉蚜的校正死亡率分别为82.11%和77.28%;与吡虫啉混配使用后72 h棉蚜的校正死亡率分别为84.14%和60.58%;均显著高于球孢白僵菌和金龟子绿僵菌单独使用下棉蚜的校正死亡率。表明这2种微生物菌剂在棉蚜防治应用中潜力巨大,与供试4种不同杀虫剂混配使用后对棉蚜的毒力显著提高,可用于棉蚜绿色防控技术开发。

Abstract:To assess and explore the potential application of different biocontrol fungi against cotton aphid Aphis gossypii on cotton, the toxicity of Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae spore suspensions to the Xinjiang cotton aphid population was determined using a dipping method under laboratory conditions. Furthermore, their synergistic toxicity with four insecticides (sulfoxaflor, afidopyropen, imidacloprid, and matrine) were assessed. The results showed that the LC90 values of B. bassiana and M. anisopliae against A. gossypii after seven days were 4.6×108 CFU/mL and 1.5×108 CFU/mL, respectively. The spore germination rate was not significantly affected by the combined use of 1×108 CFU/mL fungal suspension and the four insecticides at their respective LC50, and the combined treatments significantly enhanced the toxicity to A. gossypii. Among them, the highest corrected mortality rates after 72 h were observed in the combined treatment of sulfoxaflor+B. bassiana (96.44%) and sulfoxaflor+M. anisopliae (93.05%), followed by afidopyropen+B. bassiana (84.48%) and afidopyropen+M. anisopliae (81.71%), matrine+B. bassiana (82.11%) and matrine+M. anisopliae (77.28%), and imidacloprid+B. bassiana (84.14%) and imidacloprid+M. anisopliae (60.58%). All combinations exhibited significantly higher mortality rate against A. gossypii than B. bassiana or M. anisopliae alone. These results indicate the significant potential of these two fungal agents for controlling A. gossypii. Their combined use with the four insecticides significantly enhances toxicity and offers scientific support for developing green control techniques for A. gossypii.
