中文摘要:为明确锈色粒肩天牛Apriona swainsoni幼虫头部感受器的类型、数量和分布,利用冷场发射扫描电镜对锈色粒肩天牛幼虫头壳、触角和口器不同部位的超微结构进行观察,并统计分析其上各类感受器的分布位置和数量。结果显示,锈色粒肩天牛幼虫头部整体宽阔扁平,头部长度平均为4.71 μm,宽度平均为2.93 μm。头式为下口式,咀嚼式口器,包括上唇、上颚、下唇和下颚等。幼虫头部感受器共有 6 类 12 种,包括 4 种(I~IV)刺形感受器(sensilla chaetica,SCH)、1 种毛形感受器(sensillum trichodeum,ST)、4种(I~IV)锥形感受器(sensilla basiconica,SB)、1种栓锥形感受器(sensillum styloconicum,SST)、1 种 Bǒhm 氏鬃毛(Bǒhm bristle,BB)和 1 种钟形感受器(sensillum campaniformium,Ca),其中,幼虫头壳和口器上感受器分布较多,头壳感受器共 4 类 6 种,为 SCH-I、SCH-II、SCH-III、ST、BB和Ca;口器感受器共4类9种,为SCH-I、SCH-III、SCH-IV、ST、SB-I、SB-II、SB-III、SB-IV和SST;触角上感受器较少,仅SB-III一种。锥形感受器在锈色粒肩天牛幼虫口器上分布多而广,推测在取食和寄主选择中可能发挥着关键作用。

Abstract:To clarify the types, numbers, and distribution of sensilla on the larval head of rusty-spotted longhorn beetle Apriona swainsoni, field emission scanning electron microscopy was employed to observe the ultrastructure of the larval head capsule, antennae, and mouthparts. The results showed that the larval head was wide and flat, measuring 4.71 μm in length and 2.93 μm in width, with hypognathous orientation and chewing mouthparts consisting of the labrum, mandibles, labium, maxillae, and others. A total of 12 subtypes of sensilla belonging to six groups were identified on the head of A. swainsoni: four subtypes I-IV of sensilla chaetica (SCH), one sensillum trichodeum (ST), four subtypes I-IV of sensilla basiconica (SB), one sensillum styloconicum (SST), one Bǒhm bristle (BB) and one sensillum campaniformium (Ca). More sensilla were observed on larval head capsule and mouthparts. Specifically, the head capsule had six subtypes of sensilla across four groups: SCH-I, SCH-II, SCH-III, ST, BB, and Ca. On the mouthparts, nine subtypes of sensilla within four groups were identified: SCH-I, SCH-III, SCH-IV, ST, SB-I, SB-II, SB-III, SB-IV, and SST. Only one type of sensilla, SB-III, was found on the antennae. The widespread distribution of sensilla basiconica on the mouthparts suggests their crucial role in feeding behavior and host selection for A. swainsoni larvae.
